After obtaining her real estate license, she spent 10 months working for a national, tenant-screening company and then three years with a property development firm. Caleb started with Westside Real Estate and Property Management Company in July 2017 as a licensed real estate agent. As the son of Steven Larson, Caleb is proud to be a part of the family business and strives to continue the legacy his father built 39 years ago. Prior to his work as an agent, he studied train engineering and conducting at the Modoc Train Academy of Illinois, receiving a federal first class certification in May of 2014. Now, Caleb specializes in property inspections and maintenance work for a variety of clients.
